International Motors, LLC is expanding its San Antonio manufacturing operations with a new night shift coming mid-2027. The Supply Chain Manager – Factory Feeding oversees material flow, supervises multiple teams, and partners with manufacturing and quality to ensure timely lineside materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of materials management or supply chain experience.
Master's degree with 4+ years experience or at least 8 years in materials management or supply chain.

Responsibilities

Manage business unit supervisors responsible for material flow throughout the factory.
Support production operations to ensure all material requirements are lineside at the time needed.
Lead efforts to improve efficiency and quality of material control and delivery.
Drive improvements in labor efficiency, inventory accuracy and lineside availability.
Coordinate multi-shift teams to ensure timely material delivery to the line.
Lead lean initiatives focusing on JIT deliveries and waste reduction.
Oversee the introduction of new products to ensure readiness of systems and stations.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and cross-functional teams to resolve constraints.
