In this role, you’ll help keep our manufacturing and supply chain operations moving efficiently by analyzing data for upcoming products, supporting material flow and line-feeding activities, maintaining supply chain layouts and systems, troubleshooting daily operational challenges, and coordinating cross-functional projects.
This position is located onsite in San Antonio, TX...relocation is not available for this role. Employment-related visa sponsorship is not anticipated for this position.

As International Motors expands production in San Antonio, we’re introducing a new night shift scheduled for Monday through Thursday, 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with production expected to begin in early 2027. Once transitioned to the night-shift schedule, this salaried position will receive a 10% shift differential. Because manufacturing needs can change, occasional extended hours, startup or recovery support, and weekend work may also be required.
