International Motors in San Antonio is seeking a Logistics Analyst to drive data analysis for upcoming product projects and to design layouts tied to forecasted needs. The role initially supports day shift and will transition to a night shift as production ramps up in mid-2027.

The position emphasizes ownership of data, Lean manufacturing principles, and collaboration with supply chain and production teams to optimize material flow, standard work, and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, experience may substitute for education where allowed.
• 2+ years in supply chain/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own data analysis for upcoming products (jobs).
• Define presentation types based on forecast.
• Develop and maintain layouts for supply chain areas.
• Set up new parts in the system.
• Create and maintain standard work instructions for materials team.
• Implement Lean Material Flow strategies at plant and warehouse.
• Support Line Feeding and Factory Feeding teams.
• Troubleshoot daily operational deviations.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and activities.
