Job summary

International Motors, LLC seeks a Supply Chain Manager – Factory Feeding for the San Antonio Manufacturing Plant. This role leads material handling, lineside delivery, and inventory accuracy to ensure uninterrupted production, working with cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks and support new product launches.

Initially on Day Shift (Mon-Thu 5:30 AM–4:00 PM), the position will transition to Night Shift (Mon-Thu 5:30 PM–4:00 AM) with a 10% shift differential as operations ramp in mid-2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of materials management or supply chain experience.
• Master's degree with 4+ years of materials management or supply chain experience.
• Alternatively, 8+ years of materials management or supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage business unit supervisors responsible for material flow throughout the factory.
• Support production operations to ensure all material requirements are lineside at the time needed.
• Lead efforts to improve efficiency and quality of material control and delivery.
• Drive KPIs including labor efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Lead lean initiatives to reduce waste and support JIT deliverables.
• Manage introduction of new product to ensure systems are ready to receive materials.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to work in a multi-shift environment.
