Givens Talent in Mebane, NC is seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our logistics-focused team. You will manage customer accounts, process orders, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate records to keep daily warehouse operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, order processing, and using Microsoft Office. Proficiency with warehouse systems is a plus; this is a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM role with temp-to-perm potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order processing, or related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized with multiple requests.
• High accuracy in data entry and reviewing documents.
• Experience in distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems helpful.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts via phone and email.
• Enter and process customer orders ensuring information is complete and accurate.
• Schedule and coordinate freight with transportation carriers and warehouse personnel.
• Prepare and review shipping paperwork, including bills of lading and receiving documentation.
• Track order activity and follow up on shipment delays, inventory discrepancies, and customer concerns.
• Update inventory transactions and customer information in the warehouse management system.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and record reconciliation.
• Maintain organized electronic records and prepare routine customer and operational reports.
• Communicate with warehouse supervisors and other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Perform additional administrative and account support duties as needed.
