Givens Incorporated in Mebane, NC is seeking a Customer Account Representative to manage customer accounts, process orders, and coordinate shipments. This role supports daily warehouse operations and maintains accurate records to ensure smooth service delivery.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams. Prior experience in a distribution/warehouse environment is preferred.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service, order processing, administrative support, or a related position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and stay organized while handling multiple requests.
• High level of accuracy when entering information and reviewing documents.

Mansioni

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, responding to questions by phone and email.
• Enter and process customer orders, ensuring information is complete and accurate.
• Schedule and coordinate incoming and outgoing freight with transportation carriers and warehouse personnel.
• Prepare and review shipping paperwork, including bills of lading and receiving documentation.
• Track order activity and follow up on shipment delays and inventory discrepancies.
• Update inventory transactions and customer information in the warehouse management system.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and record reconciliation.
• Maintain organized electronic records and prepare routine customer and operational reports.
• Communicate with warehouse supervisors and other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Perform additional administrative and account support duties as needed.
