The Account Specialist is the primary interface with our customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately, rates verified, and issues addressed promptly while collaborating with warehouse operations to support

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in logistics/3PL.
• Ability to work in multiple warehouse management systems.
• Detail-oriented with basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• English language skills (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in accordance with company and customer requirements.
• Invoice and verify rates per contract warehouse agreement.
• Address customer complaints promptly and escalate as needed.
• Research discrepancies in inventory.
• Maintain courteous communication with customers via email or phone.
• Collaborate with office and warehouse staff to meet productivity goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
