Job summary

ITS Logistics is seeking an Account Specialist to manage client relationships and support daily account activities. You will handle order processing, communicate with warehouse and administrative teams, and ensure client needs are met with proactive solutions.

Ideal candidates will have strong MS Office skills, experience with a WMS, and excellent verbal and written communication. This role requires autonomy, efficiency, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite; WMS experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written skills (phone etiquette and fluency in English).
• Strong problem diagnosis and resolution skills.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key client accounts and build strong client relationships.
• Assist in order processing using multiple software platforms.
• Serve as liaison between clients and warehouse/administrative teams; communicate inbound/outbound demand and client needs.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts; perform basic billing and auditing.
