Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
• Ability to manage the demands of multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or several client accounts, anticipate client needs and provide proactive insights and solutions.
• Assist in order processing using various software platforms.
• Communicate inbound/outbound demand between clients and warehouse/admin teams.
• Coordinate with ITS Fleet and Asset-lite Brokerage to serve clients better.
• Provide consistent, professional communication to clients and ensure understanding of client contracts.
