Job summary

Top Notch Freight Systems is seeking an experienced Logistics Account Manager in Houston to handle customer relationships, coordinate drayage from port to warehouse, and schedule pickups and deliveries. You will work closely with dispatch and operations to ensure loads are executed efficiently and communicated proactively.

This high-communication role requires a strong understanding of freight, drayage, and logistics coordination, with opportunities to grow into senior positions as the company

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, freight, or drayage is required.
• Strong understanding of shipping coordination and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities.
• Experience with TMS systems is preferred.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and communicate with assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate drayage shipments from port to warehouse.
• Schedule pickups, deliveries, and warehouse appointments for dispatchers.
• Enter and manage loads in the TMS.
• Provide updates and maintain proactive communication.
• Work with dispatch and operations to ensure successful execution.
• Handle issues, delays, and customer concerns professionally.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
