Job summary

Amnex Solutions Corp is seeking a high-output Drayage Account Manager who can own demanding customer accounts, move freight under pressure, protect profitability, and create growth in a fast-paced national logistics environment.

As you take command from order acceptance through delivery and billing, you will keep containers moving, inform customers, and eliminate preventable accessorials while expanding account value.

Qualifications

• At least two years of drayage/logistics experience.
• Strong knowledge of port and rail operations.
• Ability to manage a high volume of shipments and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using a transportation management system (Turvo preferred).
• Competitive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take command of assigned customer accounts from order acceptance through delivery.
• Keep containers moving and customers informed.
• Identify weaknesses and present Amnex solutions.
• Protect margins and pursue account growth.
• Coordinate carrier capacity and ensure service requirements.
• Maintain shipment records for accurate billing.
