Job summary

Jimmy Jazz is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Goodyear, AZ to maintain our customer base, build strong client relationships, and ensure high levels of satisfaction. The role focuses on logistics, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive account oversight to drive service quality and cost efficiency.

You will manage day-to-day account execution, coordinate orders and shipments, and generate KPI-based reports.

Qualifications

• Must be onsite in Goodyear, AZ.
• Schedule: 6:00AM – 2:45PM.
• 5+ years in account management, customer service, logistics, 3PL, warehousing, distribution, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of 3PL operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, transportation and returns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel; experience with WMS, ERP, CRM, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as the primary contact for assigned clients; develop and maintain strong relationships; lead regular client communication and reviews; communicate account status, risks, and opportunities.
