Rock City Logistics in Southfield, MI, seeks an Account Executive – Sales Program (Training Provided). You will begin with a structured onboarding and sales class, learning 3PL concepts and our platform, before transitioning into a fully specialized AE role with ownership of accounts and uncapped commissions.

The program advances through weeks 1–3 then weeks 4–8 with mentorship and continuous coaching. On-site work is required, base salary is $55,000 with upside from commissions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–2+ years in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication; rapport-building skills.
• Highly motivated, coachable, and able to hustle daily.
• On-site presence in Southfield, MI with a willingness to learn logistics basics.

Responsabilidades

• Join an onboarding sales class to learn our platform and 3PL concepts.
• Prospect, qualify leads, and build your initial pipeline after training.
• Transition into an Account Executive role with ownership of accounts.
