• Meet with prospective customers to understand transportation and logistics needs and identify opportunities to provide solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Present transportation solutions and communicate capabilities to customers and decision-makers.
• Develop account strategies focused on revenue growth, retention, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
• Negotiate pricing and agreements while maintaining profitable relationships.
• Maintain records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations.
• Follow up with customers after shipments to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
