Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking entry-level sales talent in the United States to kickstart a career in logistics. You will undergo a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics and build relationships while negotiating freight deals.

No experience is required, with structured training and a clear path to uncapped commissions. The role emphasizes a high-energy, goal-driven culture and offers substantial earning potential as you advance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
