Ryder is hiring an Account Customer Service Coordinator I in New Albany, OH to build and strengthen relationships with key clients, proactively resolving jeopardy orders and coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions.

The role expects strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with client contacts via email/phone.
• Prepare and update client jeopardy orders reports; publish daily.
• Act as SME for assigned client, supporting other departments and locations.
• Identify trends causing jeopardy issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Manage VIP orders to meet client expectations.
• Lead or participate in daily/weekly/monthly service calls with clients.
• Work client-specific reports (open orders, returns, EMC).
• Provide guidance to Customer Service Representatives.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for service.
• Participate in operational meetings and present updates.
