Job summary

The role includes actively managing jeopardy orders, coordinating with internal departments, and leading monthly service calls to review metrics and trends. The position is hourly and follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with comprehensive benefits offered by a Fortune 500 logistics leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in customer service or equivalent.
• 1+ year in client account specialization preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client(s).
• Respond promptly to inquiries via email or phone.
• Prepare and develop client jeopardy orders reports.
• Publish daily reports and coordinate with internal departments to resolve jeopardy orders.
• Lead or participate in service calls with clients.
• Identify trends and operational issues affecting jeopardy orders.
• Help resolve client issues with internal teams.
