Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in account coordination, customer service, logistics, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Asana or a similar project management platform.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan container loads and loading schedules to ensure timely shipments.
• Track inbound shipments, monitor arrival dates, and resolve delays.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting delivery or customer satisfaction.
• Communicate shipping updates to Logistics and internal teams.
• Support Account Managers with order entry and customer communications.
• Maintain accurate shipment and order records.
• Prepare and support reporting on shipments and customer accounts.
• Use Asana to track orders and tasks.
• Respond promptly to stakeholder emails and meet deadlines.
• Follow up on unresolved tasks daily to sustain high fill rates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in logistics and account management.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration.
