Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain or related field.
• 2+ years in transportation, logistics, warehousing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations for a book of customers.
• Forecast and plan customer needs one week in advance.
• Enter and process customer shipping requests.
• Coordinate shipments and resolve exceptions.
• Provide timely, professional updates regarding shipments and issues.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with team to complete tasks on time.
