• Build loads in the transportation management system.
• Schedule shipments for pickup and delivery and provide updates to customers by phone and email.
• Coordinate with Logistics Coordinators to obtain PODs and tracking information.
• Assist in quoting customers and adapting to freight market conditions.
• Resolve operational obstacles as they arise and maintain customer satisfaction.
