Job summary

10 BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Logistic Billing Analyst to process customer billing (AR) accurately and on time, in alignment with SDS Global SCL America policy. The role includes analyzing correction forms, reviewing freight documentation, and auditing carrier bills.

The ideal candidate will have A/P/invoicing or logistics experience, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot), and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams. Office presence in Plano, TX and Coppell, TX is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in A/P, Invoicing, Customer Service or Transportation/Logistics related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to quickly grasp the situation to make decisions and perform corrective action
• Effective written and verbal communications skills to communicate with various levels of the organization
• Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Office applications PowerPoint, Word
• Proficient with Excel, especially v-lookups and pivot tables
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Ability to work in Plano, TX office and Coppell, TX office when needed

Responsibilities

• Process customer billing (AR) accurately on or before deadlines as per requirements and policy
• Manage, analyze & prepare correction forms for billing corrections in access database
• Review essential freight documentation supporting charges invoiced for payment (AP)
• Audit carrier freight bills and interpret tariffs and contracts
• Investigate and diagnose potential errors and duplicate carrier billing
• Perform ad-hoc reporting as required
• Support Profit/Loss management, planning, forecasting and related reporting
