Swift Transportation is seeking a compliance-focused team member to review and audit drivers’ logs at our Phoenix office. You will verify hours-of-service adherence and help ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires familiarity with AS400 and MS Office, plus strong analytical and written communication skills. Competitive hourly pay starts at $19.50 with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of hours of service, six months of operations or one year of transportation experience.
Must be detail oriented, AS400, proficient in the use of Excel, Access, and Word, possess investigative skills, strong written skills, analytical, positive attitude and highly motivated.
High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Review violations, log and follow up to ensure compliance.
Audits driver's daily logs to ensure compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and identify non-compliant or falsified logs.
Audit driver's daily logs to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Prepares and submits log audit findings and makes recommendations to management.
