The Vintage Hotel at Winter Park Resort seeks a dependable Lodging Maintenance Technician to join a three‑person team. You will interact with guests, coworkers, and other departments to keep the hotel and grounds safe, functional, and well‑kept year‑round.

Responsibilities include maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, completing PM tasks, logging work, and timely on‑site responses to issues. Safety and quality are emphasized.

Formación

• General maintenance and basic trades proficiency.
• Clear, friendly communication with guests and coworkers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
• Completes preventive maintenance tasks according to the PM schedule.
• Completes assigned work orders and logs work in the electronic work order system.
• Accurately records hours and submits timecards in Workday.
• Conducts inspections to identify maintenance issues and reports larger problems.
• Performs drywall patching, painting, and hardware replacements as needed.
• Performs routine pool and spa checks and water chemistry testing.
• Responds to maintenance requests and on-call emergencies.
• Assists with moving furniture and equipment and keeps the workshop organized.
