Winter Park Resort is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance across employee housing properties. You will handle work orders, turnovers, and ensure safe, clean living environments, communicating professionally with residents and teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of broad property maintenance experience, abilities in painting, drywall, flooring, carpentry, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Self-motivated and able to work with other teams and departments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in painting, drywall, flooring, tile work, carpentry.
• Experience using work order or facility management software a plus.
• Clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and work in confined spaces.

Responsabilidades

• Complete routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance tasks across housing facilities as assigned.
• Use the Rent Manager software to document work orders, inspections, and maintenance tasks.
• Communicate with residents regarding maintenance needs and access coordination.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and spaces.
• Perform a variety of hands-on residential maintenance tasks (painting, flooring, drywall, carpentry, fixtures).
• Assist with property walkthroughs and inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Perform seasonal maintenance tasks (HVAC filters, batteries in detectors, winterizing units).
• Assist with supply deliveries and moving materials to properties.
