Job summary

Winter Park Resort is seeking a Seasonal Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance across employee housing properties, ensuring safe, clean, and functional living environments. You will handle work orders, assist with turnovers, and report major issues to the supervisor while upholding policy and sanitation codes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of broad property maintenance experience, including hands‑on home repairs
• Snow blower/ snow plow and zero‑gravity lawn mower/weed eater preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance tasks across housing facilities
• Use Rent Manager software to complete and document work orders, inspections, and tasks
• Communicate with residents regarding maintenance needs and access coordination
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and spaces during and after work
• Perform seasonal maintenance such as changing HVAC filters, winterizing units, and more
• Assist with supply deliveries and moving materials to properties
