Alterra Mountain Company seeks a hands-on Lodging Maintenance Technician for Winter Park, CO. You will maintain safety, functionality, and aesthetics of the hotel and grounds while guest-facing and supporting fast room turns.

You’ll perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks, follow PM schedules, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Desk. High-school diploma, plus HVAC/electrical/plumbing certs and 2 years’ maintenance experience are preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
• Minimum two years of building maintenance or related experience.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.

Mansioni

• Performs routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
• Completes preventive maintenance tasks according to the PM schedule.
• Logs hours and work orders in the electronic system (Workday).
• Inspects maintenance issues and reports larger problems to supervisor.
• Patches drywall, paints, replaces fixtures, fixes leaks, and replaces hardware.
• Performs routine pool and spa checks and water chemistry testing as directed.
• Assists with installing and relocating furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Operates hand and power tools safely and keeps the shop organized.
• Contributes to snow removal, grounds care, and overall site upkeep.
• Maintains safety standards and participates in training.
