Winter Park Resort is seeking a Lodging Maintenance Technician for its on-site three-person team. You will work with the Lodging Maintenance Supervisor to keep the hotel and grounds safe, functional, and well‑presented year round, interacting with guests and staff daily.

Ideal candidates have basic HVAC/plumbing skills, strong problem solving, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The position involves on‑call shifts, safety training, and collaboration with housekeeping and

Formación

• Valid Colorado driver’s license and clean driving record; background check if requested.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.
• Clear, friendly communication with guests and coworkers; provide regular updates.
• Read blueprints, schematics and technical manuals as needed.
• Strong problem solving and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and structural components.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks according to PM schedule.
• Log work orders and document hours; use Workday for time records.
• Inspect for maintenance issues and report larger problems to supervisor.
• Repair drywall, paint, replace fixtures, fix leaks and hardware as needed.
• Conduct pool and spa checks and test water chemistry as directed.
• Respond to maintenance requests and participate in on-call rotation.
• Communicate room status and repairs to supervisor, housekeeping and front desk.
