Winter Park Resort is seeking a Lodging Maintenance Technician for The Vintage Hotel’s maintenance team. The role is guest-facing, hands-on, and reports to the Lodging Maintenance Supervisor.

You’ll help keep the hotel and grounds safe, functional, and well-presented year-round while coordinating with Housekeeping and Front Desk. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work within a small team on varied tasks, including on-call rotation and safety

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
• Minimum of two years of building maintenance or related experience.
• Must be able to perform basic maintenance tasks on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Mansioni

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks per PM schedule.
• Log work orders and hours accurately in the system.
• Respond to maintenance requests and on-call rotations.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the workshop and grounds.
• Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed.
