Winter Park Resort, operated by Alterra Mountain Company, is seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor for year-round operations at The Vintage Hotel and surrounding grounds. The role leads a three-person team, coordinates with two technicians and outside contractors, and ensures timely and safe maintenance of hotel facilities.

The position requires hands-on supervision of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance, with emphasis on workplace safety, budgeting support, and effective

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or two-year technical program preferred.
• Requires four years of related maintenance experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or lead role.

Mansioni

• Directs technicians and contractors in building maintenance and repair work (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, masonry, pools/spas, painting, carpentry).
• Creates and updates work orders, assigns tasks, and helps troubleshoot problems.
• Ensures coverage for lodging maintenance emergencies and maintains inventory and tools.
• Reviews reports, estimates labor hours, and maintains records.
• Maintains OSHA compliance and leads safety trainings.
• Oversees preventive maintenance scheduling and long-term planning.
• Coordinates with other departments to resolve issues.
