Job summary

Blackberry Farm is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Walland, TN to lead daily shift operations and ensure top-tier room standards. You will oversee housekeeping staff, coordinate in-room guest requests, and ensure timely turnovers and check-ins.

This role requires hospitality experience, high school diploma, and strong teamwork and communication skills. The position includes a PM schedule and offers competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or equivalent preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day reports for the team and clarify reports as needed.
• Hold lineups with the team covering guest rooms occupied, arrivals, departures, turnovers, make-ups, and turn-downs.
• Coordinate in-room guest requests.
• Review in-house groups and their agendas to ensure needs are met.
• Inspect common areas daily and oversee room make-ups and turnovers.
• Load daily supplies and assist with room checkouts and turnover tasks.
• Assist with inventories and complete 45-day performance reviews for staff.
• Work AM and PM shifts as scheduled.
