Job summary

Dutch Wonderland Inn in Lancaster, PA seeks a Lodging Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team, supervise departments, and backfill positions as needed.

You will manage budgets and labor costs, oversee major projects, ensure OSHA compliance, schedule work, coordinate vendors, and uphold safety and guest facilities standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; engineering degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in a hotel or hospitality building maintenance.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in maintenance.
• Experience with capital improvement projects preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and assist other departments.
• Manage budgets, labor, and purchasing to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to safety policies.
• Oversee major projects and coordinate vendor bids and contracts.
• Schedule, train, and backfill maintenance staff as needed.
• Participate in park Duty Manager rotation during season.
