Job summary

Target Hospitality Corp. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of lodge locations, driving service quality, safety, and financial results while owning budgets and P&L and serving as the main client liaison.

You will oversee lodge operations, develop site leaders, manage cross-functional teams, coordinate staffing for 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotations, and travel between sites to ensure compliance, performance, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational experience in hospitality, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive operations experience in hospitality, workforce housing, or facilities management.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing salaried managers or multi-department teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site leadership teams to oversee day-to-day operations across lodge locations (hospitality, food service, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk).
• Own budgets and P&L performance, managing labor, food, and supply costs against occupancy and contracts.
• Serve as primary operational contact for clients, maintaining relationships and addressing service issues promptly.
