Responsibilities include check-in/out, reservations, guest inquiries, and coordinating with hotel departments to meet special requests and ensure a smooth stay.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and basic computer skill.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, professional welcome.
• Manage smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle room reservations, confirm guest information, assign rooms.
• Provide information on hotel services, amenities and policies.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns and requests promptly.
• Process payments and coordinate with accounting as needed.
• Serve as central communication point between guests and departments.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
