Western Alliance Bank is seeking a part-time Lockbox Processor in the Las Vegas area to support electronic and paper payments within the Receivables Operation. You will capture remittance data, transfer information to output files, and collaborate with a team to expedite payment posting while delivering courteous, accurate service.

Job Title:

Lockbox Processor (Part-time)

What you’ll do:

As a Receivables Processor you’ll be supporting the Bank’s Receivable Operation which enables customers to accept electronic and traditional paper-based payments. You’ll capture remittance information using efficient technology and will transfer information to output files and reporting. You’ll work with a team of Receivable Processors to expedite collections of payments and the posting of payment information while focusing on delivering a high level of customer service and providing a professional, prompt and accurate banking experience. Your key responsibilities will include data entry, basic quality control, balancing/reconciliation of deposits.

Working Hours:1st and last week of month: 40 hours per week

• Responsible for supporting the Receivables Supervisor on executing a comprehensive, prompt and efficient client experience.
• Support the daily workflow and ensures a smooth and efficient operation.
• Execute a variety of routine tasks which may include sorting mail, data entry, extracting payments and/or correspondence, reviewing payments to ensure accuracy, and scanning of deposits using high speed optical scanners.
• Ensure strict processing deadlines are met prior to designated cutoff times.

What you’ll need:

Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $17.36 - $19.92 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
