Job summary

PNC is seeking a Lockbox Processor for its AR Advantage Operations in Pittsburgh, PA. The role requires handling remittances, transaction processing, and workflow feedback within standard operating procedures.

The position operates Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, in-office with an emphasis on accuracy and customer-focused service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to risk management

Responsibilities

• Extracts remittances based on SOP and maintains productivity and quality levels.
• Processes and reconciles transactions per policies and procedures.
• Ensures materials, documentation and capacity are available to complete transactions.
• Provides feedback on workflow and work received.
• Reviews transactions and related documents for completeness and accuracy.
