Responsibilities

• Process inbound payments and generate outbound check payments for the Lockbox function.
• Maintain and improve Lockbox procedures and customer communications.
• Provide customer service to internal and external clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and risk awareness related to cash management services.
