Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with specialized schooling or on-the-job training in a data-entry related area.
• 12 to 18 months of related clerical/administrative experience or training.
• Ability to read, write and communicate basic information clearly and effectively.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and percentages.
• Experience with 10-Key and entry-level data systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform lockbox payment processing by opening mail and preparing payments daily.
• Assist staff with questions and provide training; handle document scanning and committing daily.
• Resolve issues with lockbox payment processing and related systems in coordination with supervisor.
• Process payment remittance to provide customers with daily activity records.
• Handle ACH requests, files, returns and NOCs on a daily basis.
• Process coupon document orders and review Excel/data files for import and printing.
