Job summary

Mid Penn Bank seeks a Banking Lockbox Representative in Harrisburg, PA, to perform inbound and outbound lockbox operations on-site. You will process payments, review transactions, and ensure accurate generation of cash management documents, while collaborating with internal teams.

You will support customers, implement new clients into Lockbox, and help protect the bank by following regulatory requirements and risk controls. A high school diploma is required with 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of related experience preferred.
• Experience with cash management services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound payment processing and outbound check generation.
• Follow procedures and partner with internal departments.
• Process payments in Lockbox System per procedures and client directions.
• Review payments and perform edits to ensure processing.
• Generate checks for cash management customers as needed.
• Assist customers with Lockbox products and services questions.
• Train backup for support and produce periodic usage reports.
