• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork, flexibility and adaptability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lockbox processing according to procedures.
• Capture, sort, organize, and distribute documents.
• Prepare materials for processing with equipment or systems.
• Perform 10-key numerical data entry accurately.
• Review and organize documents ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Operate basic processing equipment as required.
• Follow productivity standards and procedures.
• Identify and escalate processing issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain organized work areas and support workflow.
• Work independently while collaborating with the team.
• Support additional operational needs as required.
