Job summary

You will coach staff, drive continuous improvement, analyze performance data, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal lines to meet business objectives.

A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience are preferred, with strong communication, organization, and leadership skills required.

• Strong knowledge of operations, processes and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lockbox operations and ensure SLAs are met.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of ~10 employees.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance discussions.
• Address employee concerns and conflicts professionally.
• Foster accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, quality and performance metrics.
• Serve as escalation point for operational and client-related issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
