Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior leader to run a large lockbox operation in Saint Paul. You will supervise multiple managers, ensure daily production deadlines are met within a 24-hour commitment, and drive excellence across locations.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional client service while cultivating a strong, high-performing team culture across one of the bank’s largest sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures and products.
• Understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational, managerial and project-management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Lead One of Our Largest Lockbox Operations

Join the Wholesale Lockbox team and lead a high-volume payment processing operation at our St. Paul site. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee a team of managers, ensure critical production deadlines are met within a 24‑hour service commitment, and drive operational excellence across multiple locations.

You’ll partner with leaders across the business to improve processes, increase efficiency, and deliver exceptional service while fostering an engaging, high‑performing culture. This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on employee development, client experience, and the success of one of the organization’s largest lockbox sites.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically eight or more years of relevant experience

• Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s)
• Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations
• Thorough knowledge of applicable products, programs, financial analysis and related documentation as applicable

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
