Requirements include a Bachelor’s in business administration, 6+ years in high-volume processing, and 3+ years of management.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor service level standards, staffing levels and workflows to meet customer agreements and deadlines.
• Lead, mentor and motivate team members to implement department strategy and manage workflow.
