U.S. Bank is seeking a motivated Workflow Coordinator to join the Lockbox Operations team in Earth City, MO. The role coordinates daily workflow, supports production activities, and resolves escalations while ensuring service levels are met.

Ideal candidates will have leadership or mentoring experience and excel in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow for ~45-50 indirect team members.
• Process Lockbox transactions and assist in prioritizing work.
• Serve as first point of contact for processors and escalations.
• Monitor SLAs and assist in meeting production goals.
• Support production activities and drive improvements.
