Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Lockbox Manager in Brooklyn, OH to oversee a 25-person lockbox operations shift handling mail extraction, processing, reconciliation, and data transmission. You will ensure SLAs, controls, and performance standards are met, while mitigating risk and driving continuous improvement.

You will partner with Sales, LOB, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Vendor Management to resolve complex client issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in operations leadership.
• Experience leading a team of 10+ associates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day lockbox operations for a 25-person team.
• Ensure SLAs, internal controls, and performance standards are met.
• Drive continuous improvement and workflow optimization.
• Partner with Sales, LOB, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Vendor Management.
• Coach and develop associates to strengthen the team.
• Mitigate operational risk and resolve complex client issues.
