Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in Finance/Accounting and Marketing/Business preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mortuary Science where required by state law.
• Nine years of industry experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Four years of people and budget management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plan and budget with local leadership.
• Monitor and achieve annual financial goals for the location.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Lead frontline supervisors and develop a high-performing team.
• Communicate strategies and goals to location staff and leadership.
• Collaborate with market leadership on improvements and resource sharing.
• Oversee daily operations to meet client expectations and safe operations.
