Job summary

Mentor Technical Group is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead engineering and maintenance activities for GMP-regulated projects. You will coordinate schedules, enforce safety standards, and ensure client requirements are met.

You will mentor staff, review performance, and maintain meticulous documentation while aligning with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines. This is an on-site role supporting our Puerto Rico and mainland operations in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, Electronics, Mechanic, Refrigeration and 7 to 12 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree Engineering, Science or related fields preferred. 5 to 10 years of related experience
• Experience in GMP regulated manufacturing environment and supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work activities with minimal supervision and ensure safety rules are followed.
• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments based on priority and resources.
• Monitor work areas and inspect tools for unsafe conditions.
• Review performance and coach staff on job skills.
• Ensure documentation and recordkeeping for client utility equipment operations.
• Provide technical support to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Education

Associate degree in engineering, Electronics, Mechanic, Refrigeration

Bachelor’s Degree Engineering, Science or related fields

Experience in GMP regulated manufacturing environment and supervisory role
