Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Manager of Operations in Kendall Township, IL to lead our field teams and ensure top-tier customer service from start to finish.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate dispatch, manage budgets with the GM, and drive daily operations. A background in plumbing/HVAC, strong communication, and hands-on leadership are essential to exceed service levels.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of management experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a physical environment.
• Experience in hiring, evaluating, and directing staff.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Manages and develops staff, including hiring, terminating, scheduling and evaluating performance.
• Coordinates maintenance, service, and indoor air quality operations for efficiency.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Works with general manager on budgeting and cost control.
• Generates reports on department operations and inventory.
• Monitors payroll records to ensure proper pay.
