Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and church software (PCO).
• Strong communication, typing speed, and attention to detail.
• 3+ years administrative experience, preferably in megachurch or nonprofit.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain clean data in PCO, including member data.
• Oversee reporting on groups, kids, and new guests.
• Manage and oversee Monday.com boards for the team.
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and purchasing as needed.
• Lead and train volunteers for counts and events.
• Schedule meetings and manage Outlook calendars.
• Respond to emails and manage calendars for the Location Pastor.
