Qualifications

• 1–2 years of kids ministry experience.
• Familiarity with Planning Center software.
• Strong leadership and volunteer development skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers for services.
• Build and develop a leadership pipeline of Hybrids and volunteers.
• Contribute to the execution of regular services and special events.
• Integrate and implement Worldview curriculum across Kids environments.
• Design and execute age-appropriate experiences that engage students emotionally and mentally while supporting spiritual growth.
