Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes on-site and advise clients within a local TurboTax location. You will handle personal and business tax matters, collaborate with a team of tax professionals, and drive local client growth while delivering end-to-end service.

You will educate clients on Intuit products, connect them with related services like bookkeeping and payroll, and ensure a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related tax rules.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build and grow a local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma) for year-round support.
• Develop relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, addressing inquiries and guiding clients through complex tax scenarios.
